1.2 All fees must be paid in full prior to gaining access to any course materials or resources.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 No refunds will be issued once enrolment is confirmed, regardless of personal circumstances or change of mind.

2.2 This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change in personal schedule.
• Technical issues on your end
• Lack of participation
• Failure to complete the course
• Exam-related changes

2.3 Please ensure you are ready and available to commit to the course before enrolling.

3. Access to Course Materials

3.1 Access to the Nepali NAATI Academy website and all course content is granted only during the active course duration.

3.2 Upon completion of your course:

• All access to the website and course content will be revoked.
• Continued access is not permitted beyond the course period.

3.3 If you wish to retake the course or regain access to any content, you must enrol again and pay the full course fee.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All course materials, videos, practice tests, and online content are the intellectual property of Nepali NAATI Academy.

4.2 Redistribution, sharing, or unauthorized access to course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Modification of Terms

5.1 Nepali NAATI Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

5.2 Continued enrolment or participation after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
